Even though pretty much all boilers have the same “firing sequence”, the testing of the components that do so can have different parameters and methods of testing them.Today was an great day!

Every day is a school day!Today I’ve been doing multimeter and boiler diagnostic training, very important to stay up to date with the workings of current boilers in order to be as efficient as possible on boiler breakdowns. Two more days to go and I’m looking forward to learning more!

This week was full of boiler servicing, breakdowns and a plethora of landlords gas safety certificates!As a landlord it’s law to have all gas appliances checked annually and a gas safety certificate issued, this is the responsibility of the landlord and not the tenant.
